Lectures, webinars, video courses
Translation of a recorded lecture, webinar or course module, voiced in the lecturer’s own voice. The voice is taken from the recording itself — nothing needs to be recorded separately. Lecture mode keeps whole sentences and one lecturer voice, without lip sync. For short videos with several speakers, Clip mode gives each speaker their own voice, with optional lip sync to the new audio track. Lectures of any length go through an API connection; in the site account, recordings are limited to 30 minutes.
Training and promo videos for companies
Staff instructions and training, product presentations, videos for international partners. One source file — an English or Chinese version in the same voice. Background sound and music are kept.
Three translation directions
Russian → English, Russian → Chinese, and from Russian into Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese and Korean. Into Russian from English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali and Indonesian.
Subtitles
Subtitles in the target language with an editor: text, font, position on the frame. Burn them into the video or get them separately from the voice-over.
Transcript by speaker
The text of the recording with speaker labels: [Speaker 1], [Speaker 2]. For seminars, round tables and meetings where it matters who said what.
API for platforms
REST API for education platforms: dubbing, subtitles and transcript jobs, plus a webhook when the result is ready. Through the API, lectures can be of any length. Documentation on request; onboarding with a personal manager.

Invoice to your organization
We issue an invoice with your organization’s details; payment by bank transfer. No card or online payment needed.
Closing documents
A certificate of completion for each paid period. Documents are sent to your work email; originals on request.

Servers in Russia
Processing runs on servers in Russia. Source files are deleted 24 hours after processing; the result stays in your account library.

Processed under Russian Federal Law 152-FZ: the Privacy Policy and the consent form are published on the site.
A fixed price for each service
A fixed price per minute of source recording: pay only for what you need. Payment by invoice; no VAT is charged.
From 100 hours a month, voice-over costs 9 ₽ per minute.
Prices are in Russian rubles (₽). Organizations pay by invoice via bank transfer to a Russian bank; international cards are being connected — email support@revovoxai.ru for an invoice.
Packs for a course or a semester
Pack hours count as voice-over hours and can be spent on any service: one hour of voice-over = 4 hours of subtitles = 8 hours of transcript.

Lectures don’t need lip sync: the speaker is usually in a small window, and Lecture mode doesn’t use it. For promo videos, turn lip sync on when uploading, on any plan, at no extra cost: see pricing.

One lecture
Send a link to one recording up to 60 minutes and the translation direction — through the request form, not by uploading on the site (uploads there are limited to 30 minutes). The pilot is free; no invoice needed.
Result within 1 business day
You get the video translated in the lecturer’s own voice, plus subtitles. The lecturer or a course designer reviews it, and we collect the feedback.
